I was provided proof of delivery with photographs and time stamp and with this information I was able to resolve the issue in my favor. It is difficult to find a business today that has such a hands-on approach, not to mention staff customer service representatives who are competent, friendly, helpful and polite."

Super easy to add my information for the pickup that needed to be dropped off. The driver was very courteous and professional. He helped me put the items in his vehicle which was super nice of him. The driver had a very clean vehicle. There is tracking that you can watch the driver driving to the desired drop off. Easy to communicate with the driver as well.
