How does Facebook Marketplace delivery work?
Book MoovDrop with the seller's pickup address and your drop-off address. A verified driver collects the item and delivers it to you — often the same day.
Can I get same-day delivery from a Marketplace seller?
Yes, depending on driver availability. Same-day bookings are usually matched within 1-2 hours.
What if the item is heavy or bulky?
MoovDrop drivers help load and unload. For very large items, you can request extra hands when booking.
Do I need to be there for pickup?
Usually the seller hands off the item and you receive it at drop-off. You can coordinate the details in the app.

The exceptionally polite and helpful customer service staff helped me facilitate the transaction and followed my instructions to the letter. The courier kept me informed via text until the delivery was finalized. The recipient of the parcel was adamant the delivery was not received. I was provided proof of delivery with photographs and time stamp and with this information I was able to resolve the issue in my favor. It is difficult to find a business today that has such a hands-on approach, not to mention staff customer service representatives who are competent, friendly, helpful and polite."

Super easy to add my information for the pickup that needed to be dropped off. The driver was very courteous and professional. He helped me put the items in his vehicle which was super nice of him. The driver had a very clean vehicle. There is tracking that you can watch the driver driving to the desired drop off. Easy to communicate with the driver as well.
