"Stellar customer service. The people I spoke to over the phone went above and beyond. I am not a tech-savvy individual. The exceptionally polite and helpful customer service staff helped me facilitate the transaction and followed my instructions to the letter. The courier kept me informed via text until the delivery was finalized. The recipient of the parcel was adamant the delivery was not received. I was provided proof of delivery with photographs and time stamp and with this information I was able to resolve the issue in my favor. It is difficult to find a business today that has such a hands-on approach, not to mention staff customer service representatives who are competent, friendly, helpful and polite."

"My experience with Movedrop was amazing, even though I only saw a later time than I liked on the app, the company support helped adjust to an earlier time for me. The driver arrived over 20 minutes before time, was super friendly and amazing to work with, he delivered to the drop off location professionally and wasn't in a rush to just drop and leave. Considering the price to service ratio, I'll say Movedrop is one of the best out there. Thank you for an awesome and stress-free experience, guys. Keep it up."
