TorontoApartment & Condo Movers
When elevator bookings, loading-dock windows and tight corridors turn a small move into a logistics problem, MoovDrop matches you with a verified driver in Toronto — usually within an hour or two. Tell your driver the elevator window when you book so the vehicle arrives inside it, not after it closes.
Need to move furniture across Toronto? MoovDrop connects you with verified, professional drivers in minutes. From downtown condos to suburban homes, we handle moves of all sizes across the GTA.

Nearly every Toronto building over about ten floors requires a service-elevator booking and many charge a deposit or restrict moves to weekday hours. Downtown towers add a loading-dock slot with a height limit, which rules out taller vehicles. Get the booking confirmed before you book the driver, then give the driver that exact window — a move that starts thirty minutes late can lose the dock entirely.
Pickup and drop-off anywhere in Toronto and the wider Greater Toronto Area.

Pricing depends on the vehicle size, the distance, and how long the job takes — not a flat call-out fee. You see the quote in the MoovDrop app before you confirm, so there is nothing to negotiate at the door. Most single-item jobs in Toronto start from around $49.
Yes. Same-day is the normal case rather than the exception — drivers are usually matched within 1-2 hours across Toronto and the wider Greater Toronto Area. You can also schedule ahead if you are working to a building's elevator booking or a store's pickup window.
All of Toronto, including Downtown, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, and the surrounding neighbourhoods. Pickup and drop-off can be in different cities — a Toronto pickup delivering elsewhere in Greater Toronto Area is a normal job, not a special request.
Yes — that is the part that separates MoovDrop from renting a van. Tell your driver the elevator window when you book so the vehicle arrives inside it, not after it closes. If the item is heavy or awkward, you can request a second mover when you book.

Before your move
If you require assistance from the driver during your move, the driver may enter your home to help lift and move items related to your MoovDrop delivery. The driver will park in a designated loading zone or safe parking area before entering the property.
All items must be photographed and uploaded prior to the move request. Any item not photographed before pickup may not be accepted and will not be covered under MoovDrop protection policies.
All items must be properly packaged and secured before pickup. Open containers, loose items, or improperly packed items will not be accepted. Items such as liquids, food, gas, alcohol, glass, or other fragile materials must be safely packaged, sealed, and clearly labeled as “Fragile” or “Caution” where applicable.
Please be prepared to assist the driver with lifting any items that require two people to move safely. If the customer is not ready for the move upon the driver's arrival, or if the driver is required to wait, a waiting fee of $1 per minute will apply after the first 15 minutes.
It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct vehicle size for the delivery. If there are too many items or the items are too large for the selected vehicle, additional charges may apply or the order may need to be rescheduled.
